Curriculum

Nursery Curriculum

High Scope’s Curriculum for toddlers relies on two major standards:

1-     Children understanding the world around them through interaction with people, materials, and thoughts.

2-    The role of adults who are responsible for the children’s care and learning is to support them to understand the world.

The main ideas which guide the educational curriculum for infants and toddlers center around children’s interactive learning, friendly, useful interactions between children and adults, and a comfortable learning environment without constraints on the child. Routine schedules and timed programs that don’t interfere with children’s desires, as well as daily observations that guide the children’s interaction process are two more important strategies that support the approach’s guided ideas. In addition, continuous, precise assessment of both the children and programs is an important step in guaranteeing that the whole process reaches our objective to provide high-quality services.
